The many forms of Autoimmune
diseases

general medical information and is not intended as advice for individual

As I understand it, the symptoms of the body's response to an Autoimmune
disease is similar in nature: Inflammation, hightened pain and sensitivity to
outside stimulation. Autoimmune conditions vary depending on where in the body
the disease manifests itself. It seems to me the mechanism that cause these
symptoms are related also.
Some
examples of such conditions (and the part of the body affected) are:
Arthritis - Joints
and related connective tissues
Some related links:
Lupus - Skin, Joints
or many organs at once
Nasal Allegeries -
Sinus Tract; Here is info about Sinusitis
Asthma - Lungs
Uveitis - Interior
of eye, Retina
Iritis - Iris
itself
Multiple Scelorsis
- Nerve fiber linings
